Confidence Building

 

Aims and objectives:

1. To improve self-image, self-esteem and build confidence.

2. To teach how to keep the balance of external demands in perspective.

3. To negotiate and reach workable compromises.

4. To teach how to be honest with ourselves and with others.

5. To teach how to protect our rights while respecting the rights of others.

6. To teach how to set realistic goals and achievable targets.

Group size:

Maximum of 10 people.

Structure:

This 12-hour course is divided into a series of short sessions to fit in with the Clients' requirements.
